The Art of Gratitude Guided Meditation
Where there is gratitude, there is no lack.
Incorporating the practice of gratitude into your self-care regimen will attract more abundance into your life. Think about how you feel when someone shows appreciation for something that you've done for or given them. Does it make you want to give/do more for them? In essence this is the way life responds to us when we show our appreciation for everything in our life.
For this guided meditation we used both the body scan and metta meditation technique. During the relaxation phase you will complete a body scan exercise to lead you into a deep state of relaxation, followed by the metta meditation technique as we flow into the intention phase and returning phase of meditation.
